Custom Orders. All of AMANDA ROBERTS' jewelry is custom cast and handmade to order.  Custom designs may take a little longer than usual, please allow 6-8 weeks for final production. By giving AMANDA ROBERTS this timeline, it will allow both the customer and AMANDA ROBERTS plenty of time to communicate the exact specifics to create the ideal custom piece.

Deposit. Orders will not go into production without a 50% deposit.

Return or Exchange Policy. All sales are final.

Pricing. Pricing is determined by design.

Appraisal. Upon purchasing an item from AMANDA ROBERTS you may request to have your item sent with an appraisal at no additional charge to you. Any item created with a GIA certified stone will include a certificate from the GIA along with the appraisal. Any item that was purchased and no appraisal was requested on date of purchase will incur a small appraisal fee.
